- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mom had to go through a SERVICE Phone station to call her local Rocky mount bank....I asked the man to just please give me the local branch # to call, and was informed that ALL calls go through them, and HE could transfer me.... :( Also a few weeks before...Same Answer service was "Passing On" a very important message for my mom to the bank manager at her bank...since that is "How they do things". The manager Never got the message, and Mom was never called back. I went in!!!..... I used to have member one years ago....LOVED IT!!! Not anymore!!!By Tracey Booth, October 31, 2016
